Banknotes exchanges.

Hi,

My 2 ID-s, 142 and 143, are registered before 9 days, but there is no incoming letters.
Is that normal, that no one has choosed to send, considering that there is 38 active members, or maybe just site error ?

Solved, I have now 2 incoming letters.
