Banknotes exchanges.

Hi,

Yesterday I had received envelope from Belarus from Garkho222. He sent me only 2 Postcards and some used foreign stamps. This is a 2nd pack from him to me. I really disappointed, he haven't add any banknotes in envelope. I also checked envelope, there is no any side torned.
If he have no any material to share, then he have to cancel the swap. but this kind of attitude is not good.

I hope everyone receive banknotes from him.

May be Customs have did this, or don't know he wouldn't have added banknotes, once i received a envelope from US with only 2 stamps inside, reason was friend mistakenly sent stamps which was supposed to be sent to me to someone else, so mistake happenes sometimes :)
