Hello:
In this time I have sent letters to Russia and none are reaching their destination. For this reason, unfortunately, I am not accepting new addresses to that country because I do not know if they will reach their destination.
I hope this is resolved soon because there are many friends who are on the list from that country.

I experienced similar situation. Sometime letter arrive in few days. Sometime need months. Be patient. Otherwise, you can always send recommended letter, although it is much expensive.
