Banknotes exchanges.

Hi, can you check your settings please? Everytime I press "send banknotes", it seems there are never anyone available. How come? I can send to India, US, Latvia... Except Russia and Belarus. So what is the problem? There are enough people on this site

Thanks for the explanation. I didn’t expect that I had anyone in my blocked list. The mentioned algorithm when somebody is added to your block list if your letter to him is expired seems to be reasonable. But I would suggest one modification. If the expired letter is registered eventually the recipient should be unblocked automatically. For instance ru-463 has been registered, after
90 days though, but Irishnumismatics50 is still in my block list. And I didn’t know that.

Its the same combinations of reasons. Low number of members, blocked countries, exchange settings and blocked members. You can check the last two from the left menu. Check the settings and check the blocked members list. Members are also blocked automatically when an exchange is canceled or when it expires.
@Irishnumismatics50 you have 6 blocked members and 14 members that have blocked you for reasons like expired or canceled exchanges. You can view the ones that you have blocked.

Vladimir, after 60 days you'll automatically see that letter with an offer to register it.

Well, we obviously stuck somewhere. I have received letter without ID. Unfortunately, without data about sender :/
I sent message three weeks ago for the support. Still didnt receive any reply :(
I hope that someone could help me to move things forward...

I support what has been said. There were a lot of people whose banknotes had been delivered, but I still get this message - no available partners. And I can send to their countries. So please check the algorithm, must be a mistake.
