You have incoming envelopes. You just have to be patience with the snail mail.

You have to send first. When one of your envelopes arrives at the destination, you receive a slot. Only then your address is assigned to someone else. You just joined this club a about a month ago. It takes time for your sent envelopes to arrive at the destination and after that it will take time for envelopes to travel back to you.
